01What happens if ICA finds a mistake in my translation and sends my application back?
Send us ICA's message or a screenshot of it. We correct our translation free of charge and send you the new PDF, usually the same day. This is also why we send you a draft first, so you can catch any name or date problem before anything is final.
02Is it safe to send my passport, IC and birth certificate to you on WhatsApp?
Yes. Your files are seen only by the translator and notary working on your order, and we handle them under Singapore's PDPA. If you prefer, you can email them instead. After delivery, just ask and we will delete your documents.
03How do I know ICA Translation Services is a real company and not a scam?

04My name is spelled one way on my birth certificate and another way on my passport. Which spelling will you use?
We follow the spelling in your passport, because that is the name ICA uses. If your old certificate shows a different spelling, we keep it as it is in the original and tell you, so your papers do not look like they belong to two people.
05My birth certificate is very old, torn or faded. Can you still translate it?
Usually yes. Send the clearest photo you can take. If a word truly cannot be read, we mark it as unreadable instead of guessing. We tell you before you pay if any part of the page is a problem.
06I need to submit my ICA application tomorrow. Can you still help in time?
Tell us your deadline in your first message. Many one-page documents can be done the same day with express service. We confirm the exact ready time before you pay, so you are never left guessing.
07Do I have to post or bring my original documents to you?
No. For most orders a clear photo or scan is enough, and you never need to visit us. If the notary has to see an original for a special case, we tell you at the start and you can book a short visit to our Suntec office.
08I have papers in two languages, like Malay and Chinese. Can you translate all of them in one order?

09Will your translation also be accepted if MOM or another office asks for the same document?
